Washington Homebrewers:
The entry window for the Joint Novembeerfest and Puget Sound Pro-Am homebrew competition has opened. You can register and drop off / mail entries now through November 1st. You can find the registration tool and information on the drop locations a
t http://www.wahomebrewers.org/novembeerfest.
This year's competition will feature around 12 breweries who will pick beers to scale up
and brew commercially. It is the easiest way to get a chance to "be a pro for a day" and see what it is like to be a brewer. Some breweries may choose to enter the selected beers in the Great American Beer Festival (need to be an AHA member) or Washington Beer Awards Pro-Am competitions. This is also the final Washington Homebrewer of the Year qualifying event so get your entries in.
This year’s competition will be held on November 8
th
with entries being due November 1
st.
Brewers must submit 3 10-12 oz bottles to either the mailing location or
one of the drop locations around the Puget Sound.
The entry fee is $7 / entry with a maximum of
10 entries per person.

Check the website for updates on contest details and all of
the rules. To have the best shot of
having your beer brewed, you should be an AHA member by the time of the
competition, so join today! Invite your
friends to join the AHA and submit beers as well (all beers, ciders, and meads
will be judged and ranked regardless of AHA membership). Good luck!
