Dear all,

This email is copied to Joy Christian, Richard Gill and Jan-Ake Larsson, who have left the group. I invite them to return to be involved in my challenge to Joy.

I attached several documents.

1 Christian’s Challenge.pdf in which I articulate the issue and invite Christian to respond.

2 Joy Review.pdf in which I review the body of Joy’s work using Chat GPT

3 Dither's paper.pdf which is structurally identical to Joy’s work

4 Diether critique.pdf in which I critique Dither’s paper

5 Joys ordered papers.zip the 21 papers of Joy taken from arXiv

These documents present my case that Diether and Christian’s objective analysis, identical to Equations (20 -27) of Diether’s paper, contain fundamental errors that are incompatible with EPR correlations and do not disprove Bell’s Theorem.

I invite Diether and Christian to respond specifically to the points I raise in Equations (20-27) of Diether which were initiated in 2006 by Christian, and have persisted virtually intact to the present Diether paper.

Bryan,

I told you to never to send me any junk emails. Did you not understand that simple request because I phrased it in polite language? Please remove my email address from this list. I never was a member of this group, contrary to your mistaken claim in your previous email, and never will respond to anything posted there, especially by you. And, once again, never ever send me any correspondence about anything. I am not interested in your opinion about anything. In particular, I have no interest in discussing my work with you, or with any member of this group.

Please do not make me seek legal injunction against harassment.

Joy,

The point is 20 years of your work has been discredited by others and by me.  You have confirmed that you are unable to respond academically.

When I posted my challenge, it was due to academic honesty that I copied you, nothing more. I have no issue excluding you, but it is important that the community knows that your work is fundamentally flawed.

Now with you out of the picture,  your disproof chapter can be closed in disgrace, except, of course, for Diether, whose obnoxious attitude precipitated me to have a deeper look into your work. You have him to thank for all this.

Bryan
