First we should define what a fanatics is. From an online dictionary,
"filled with or expressing excessive zeal"
So a Bell fanatic would have excessive zeal that Bell was right. The key word here being "excessive". I have personally experienced that over the years. They are excessive to the point of never even trying understand proofs that Bell was wrong. And many won't even look at any disproofs. Even though there are a few now-a-days.
Something else I have noticed is that Bell fanatics don't seem to have any good physics backgrounds. I wonder why that is true?
