Dear Richard,

the paper is interesting if what it claims corresponds to the content of the original paper by Aspect (which Im not bothered to read). I think though, whether the initial statistical analysis was flawed or not, that its conclusions is weaker than the author intends, not the least because Aspect et al. simply is not the only experiment that was done, and because the prediction of quantum theory is rather clear cut.
