Hi Linda, the screws do come loose from use just like the shat of music stands ten to do. They’re easy to check and tighten. If they come loose often or with light use/movement, you might ask at the hardware store about a lock washer.

Hope that helps! May your Christmas music making be a blessing to you and all who receive it. Best, Ellie

A couple of wheels have fallen off our bell tree stand at church recently. Luckily, in both cases, someone was able to put them back on in time for performance. However, we would like to make sure that doesn't happen again.

Has anyone else had this experience, and what did you do about it? Is there some part that's fallen off and we haven't noticed?

Thanks,
Linda Lamb

Hi Linda,
I'm curious. Did they break and if so, where? Did they become unscrewed?

They didn't break off. They came unscrewed.

There's no visible part on top except the screw head. Just dawned on me
that I could look at mine downstairs and compare.

Still working on it...

I have had that happen a couple of times and learned to always make a
visual check of the screws. It’s an easy fix, but one must be diligent.
I’ve had to let other bell tree owners know about the issue when I have
used their stands.

I have to check the wheels periodically because they become unscrewed at
different lengths and the bell tree doesn't stay straight. I think the
just become loose because of the rolling.
