1 medium bunch broccoli, florets & pieces
1 medium head cauliflower, florets
1 red onion, sliced
1 large green pepper, cut into strips
- MARINADE -
1 cup (250 ml) olive oil
2/3 cup (150 ml) dry white wine
1 Tbsp. (15 ml) Dijon mustard
1 tsp. (5 ml) dried dill weed
1 tsp. (5 ml) salt
1 tsp. (5 ml) sugar
1/8 tsp. (.5 ml) pepper
In a large bowl; combine broccoli, cauliflower, onion and green pepper.
MARINADE: In a small bowl; add oil, wine, mustard, dill weed, salt,
sugar and pepper. Blend well.
Pour over vegetables and toss to coat. Cover with lid or plastic
wrap. Refrigerate 1 or 2 days stirring occasionally. Remove
vegetables with slotted spoon and serve.
