WHAT DOES THE ISLAMIC BELIEF MEAN?

Q: What does the Islamic Belief mean?
A: Islamic Beliefis the matters in which Muslims believe i.e. having
no doubt that they are true.


Q: What does Islam mean?
A: Islam means attestation of the tongue, confirmation with the heart
that all what our Prophet Muhammad, sallallaahu ‘alayhi wa sallam,
came with is true and right.


Q: What are the pillars of the Islamic Beliefs i.e. its tents?
A: The pillars of the Islamic Beliefsare six; belief in Allaah The
Almighty, His Angels, His Books, His Messengers, Last Day
(Resurrection) and the belief in Al-Qadar (Divine Preordainment; the
good and the bad thereof).

Q: How can one believe in the Existence of Allaah The Almighty?
A:it is to believe that Allaah The Almighty is existent and that His
Existence is by Himself and not by the help of anything else and that
His Existence is a must and will not come to an end.


Q: How can one believe in the Qidam of Allaah The Almighty, the
Exalted?
A: It is to believe that Allaah The Almighty is Qadeem i.e. He The
Exalted existed before all things and that He is not non-Existent in
any time and that His Exalted Existence has no beginning.

Q: How can one believe in Al-Baqaa’ of Allaah The Almighty, the
Exalted?
A: It is to believe that Allaah The Almighty will remain forever and
that His Baqaa’ has no end, and that He is everlasting and thus He
will never experience nihilism and thus He will be eternal in the
future.

Q: How can one believe that Allaah The Almighty is Mukhaalif lil
Hawaadith (unlike the created beings)?
A: It is to believe that there is none like unto Allaah The Almighty;
in His Essence, Attributes and Actions.

Q:How can one believe that the Essence of Allaah The Almighty is
unlike the created beings?

A: It is to believe that the Essence of Allaah The Almighty, The
Exalted does not resemble any of His creation in any way. Thus,
whatever image comes to our minds about Allaah The Almighty should be
rejected. Allaah The Almighty Says :
{There is nothing like unto Him}[Ash-Shoora 42: 11]

Q:How can one believe that the Attributes of Allaah The Almighty, the
Exalted are unlike that of the created beings?
A: It is to believe that the Knowledge of Allaah The Almighty is
unlike our knowledge, His Power is unlike our power, His Will is
unlike our will, His life is unlike our life, His Hearing is unlike
our hearing, His Sight is unlike our sight, His Speech is unlike our
Speech.

Q:How can one believe that the Actions of Allaah The Almighty, the
Exalted are unlike that of the created beings?
A: It is to believe that the Actions of the Master The Almighty, the
Exalted (Allaah) are unlike the actions of all created beings for He
The Almighty, the Exalted does all things without the help of anything
or tool. Allaah The Almighty Says :


{His command is only when He intends a thing that He says to it, "Be,"
and it is.}[Yaa-Seen 36: 82] He never does something for He needs it,
He never does any action in jest or in vain for He The Almighty and
The Exalted is Wise.
