Tentative Date for the get-together

Guys,

Independence day greeting to one and all

I am hereby publishing the tentative date for our Get-Together which is feasible for most of the guys. I would request everyone to spread this news. Please suggest an another date if this is not feasible for a bunch of people.

So, the proposed date is Sept-10th - Sunday. This could be finalized based on your responses.

Hoping to hear from you guys asap.

Hi Guys,

              Nice to here from kalyan about get-together.Its better to prepone 1 week for me.

Schedule will be full tight,Call sheets are too tough .....I think i will be there(hyderabad) at september 4th.So please think about September 4th instead of september 10th as suggested by kalyan.

Hi guys,

               i feel september 3rd which is first saturday would be good , we 'll be having enough time to spend and njoy ,if we keep it on sep 4th sunday,we 'll not have enough time , since some people will be coming  from bangalore ,pune  ...etc  they need to move early for catching trains or buses

Guys let us know who ever is having problem on coming  sep 3rd saturday  especially govt. employees(i think this ppl can take leave :) if sep 3rd is working day) and lecturers

Guys, thanks for the prompt votes. But, once the winning date is confirmed, you don't have other choices of skipping the grooming. At any given cost, everyone has to attend the crew. Lets make ourselves free for the event. Lets adjust our calendar to meet everyone. Please re-schedule your activities if this date doesn't suit you. Our gathering is more important than your day to day activities which can be done anytime.

                I hope everybody is doing gr8,  regarding our get2gether party date , i think sep-10th is better instead of sep-3rd because as there are continous holidays from aug31st most of them 'll be planning for going home ....etc .

We again need your prompt votes for Sep-10th tentative date of get2gether . Hoping we 'll get atleast 50 % vote %  this time :)

Lets confirm this officially. Majority is towards Sept 10th. But, its a saturday. For me, its fine. But, how about Sept 11th which is sunday?? Can we make it happen on sunday??

@ kalyan : leonia is under modelling...and games and fun activities not so fame their.....if most of us are intrested on resort kind of evvironment..better to choose pragathi resorts ..thr we have ckt ground,swimming,rain dance non stop music @ swimming pool and they also provides you good food..and we have other resorts like alankritha ,ornage bowl etc..let us make count first and will decide d venue .

Dude, Pragathi is fine for me..
But, Leonia has far better aminities, games and others compared to Pragathi. But, its too far from hyderabad - 50 Km from gachibowli :( So, I am voting pragathi as the second best one :)

Final call are we guys meeting on 10th september ..
if yes how many ..

regarding the location have we chosen the location
