Martin,

provavelmente essa ("Se nunca jogou, nao e grande probabilidade que
vai ficar
muito longe connosco") não será a melhor atitude para conseguir que
haja pessoas a aderirem ao vosso projecto. Especialmente, sendo um
projecto em crescimento.

No entanto, se apenas desejam jogadores com experiência talvez seja
melhor esclarecê-lo.

Obrigado pela antecipação na resposta. Obviamente se querem jogadores
com esperiência devem colocar como condição. Desde uma viagem aos EUA
que começei a acompanhar a MLB e a gostar do desporto. Se souberem de
um clube/grupo que queira jogardores sem ter o objectivo de jogar na
MLB agradeçia que informassem.

OK, Miguel. I'm sorry but i don't speak so good portuguese, although
i'd like to. Therefore i couldn't reply to your message.

Answering on your comment: Yes, it's true, we are looking for people
that have some basic skills with a ball. That doesn't mean that you
have to be semi-profesional. But many people cannot throw a ball from
3m distance to a certain point. And that is that, what we are NOT
looking for.

Depends on you how you classify yourself. If you think you can throw a
ball without struggling to be accurate withing 3 or 5 metres, please
come and try it with us. The rest after that is your decision.

If you cannot read this text because it is in english, you would
possibly have a hard time in our team as well, cause we are speaking
in english all together.

Hi Martin, again.

I believe that if anyone is willing to give a try at playing baseball
surely he/she is able to throw a ball more than 5 meters... As for the
batting skills, of course you're looking for the best you can find
(every coache's dream: an above .500 batting average; which probably,
will only happen in their dreams).

As for the language, you (and your team) should at the very least try
to speak the native language, or have someone who is able to do an
effective translation of what is being said. But, as always, that is
completely up to you and your team.
