7Robot, a company that focuses on creating active online communities for brands, studios, and ad agencies, using video and other tools, is seeking a web designer and developer. We are seeking the holy grail of partners, someone who has a wicked sense of design and deep technological understanding of the tools to deliver it. Projects will range from basic CSS blog design to spearheading major interactive campaigns. We are looking to establish a long term working relationship with an individual or company that has the ability and knowledge to scale from small to large projects. Our needs include: Video Player Integration, UI Development, Blog/Website, CSS,Widget & External Platform Integration, Knowledge of HTML/XHTML/DHTML/WAP, CSS, JAVA, PHP, MySQL, Javascript, XML, RSS etc, experience with Ning, and robust respect for analytics and their incorporation. We are launching multiple projects; our needs vary from very simple to arguably complex; while we are eager to form a long term relationship, we would consider someone who is seeking a discrete project.
