With March (in Knoxville) comes Spring and new beginnings, and the start of our newest series, “Inside Scoop: May New Basics.” Inside we answer some basic questions about bankruptcy and our office practices. This edition also contains a “Bankruptcy in the News” page, which includes links for a plain-English explanation of the Credit Card Reform Act, and an article on an attorney’s attendance of Bankruptcy Boot Camp, which can mean cash awards for you because of deviant behavior by a creditor.
