Delhi High Court depreciates delaying tactics.

The Hon'ble Delhi Court, using strong words has depreciated the
practice of seeking adjournments before the Tribunals and has observed
that 'the whole game of the petitioner was to drag on the litigation,
so that he may not have to pay his debts.' While the parties have
gone in appeal to the Hon'ble Supreme Court it remains to be seen
what would be an ideal balance in such cases. Read more using the
