I've used chainreactioncycles in the past. Good service, often times
their prices are lower than others including shipping.
My experience with ordinary mail has been bad. EMS works very well and
has tracking but might require a trip to the foreign parcel post
office if your parcel is big/expensive. At chainreaction one can
specify if they want delivery by UPS. UPS works very well and shipping
itself is sometimes a bit cheaper than EMS, but they charge ridiculous
arbitration (or whatever they call it) fees and the customs duty
applied was way above the 'book' price (which is 13+6+2 percent for
bicycles and bicycle parts according to the big book at the post
office, whatever that means).
Anyway, support your local bike shops when you can :)
