Bangalore Bicycling School, Cubbon Park Session, Sunday 17 Aug 2025

A nice cool breezy day with a few drops of rain. Bandstand had a dance performance.

Trainers : Junaid, Parag, Vinay,Tasnim, Aman

Hello: Shraddha and Karjat gang, Salmas nephew Basim with kids Alina and Arum

Newbies :

Harshith: came with his parents for his first class. He was a little scared, but he tried his best to balance. He's starting to get the hang of it and needs more practice.

Jeeshanth; Shourya's brother, already knows how to ride. He quickly understood the instructions and started practicing circles—both small and large—as well as riding in a straight line, uphill and downhill.

Sakshi - The engineer form Soc Gen managed to pedal on her first day itself, but has a bit of a lurch in going uphill, with a bit of practice she should be able to fix that and move to turning and zigzags.

Kantha- Shourya's mother, started a bit slowly, but then moved all the way to pedaling up and down, guided by Tasnim.

Ongoing Learners:

Bharat- was late having missed the training venue was still trying to get his balance, would require more practice in the coming weeks

Manas- Came after along break, and practiced pedaling up and down. He has bought a cycle, we hope to see him soon on his cycle.

Shourya: is now riding his bike comfortably, both uphill and downhill

Srinath- was scooting and will have to practice more in the comming weeks

Shruthi- Successfully managed to pedal today! Struggled a bit with turning, With a little more practice and zig zag drills, she should be able to manage that.

Shwetha Bhaskar- Continued with pedaling uphill/downhill, and then started on zigzags and turning, needs a bit more practice before moving on to circles.

Salma- Salma was fluently riding today after a bit of a challenge with the cycle size leading to discomfort in pedaling uphill.
