As you are aware Namma Nimma Cycle foundation has been working closely with both State and Central government to enable Active Mobility across India - we observed there is a serious lack of intent and orientation and direction towards active mobility in India. The Bill seeks to mandate the state to provide ACTIVE MOBILITY AS A SERVICE like healthcare and education. www.abcbill.co.in
