Cycle Adventures India cycle tours -- any direct experience/feedback?

Hello all,
Watched some videos on youtube, from Cycle Advenetures India ( CAI ) -- they seem to be doing very well organised, "multi-day supported" cycle tours. And looks like their cycle tours are done quite regularly, at many locations in India.
Wondering if anyone on this group has direct experience/feedback to share about CAI cycle tours. ( some of the videos showed there were riders from Bengaluru as well. )

ps: A search on this group did_not show any earlier posts about CAI. But found this thread from 2008, about a rider's experience of cycle touring "around South-East Asia and parts of China over a period of six months"; enjoyed reading it --
