3 bananas
6 wooden popsicle sticks
1 cup orange or lemon juice
1 cup chocolate chips
2 tbsp oil
3/4 cup peanuts or walnuts; chopped
3/4 cup coconut

Cut bananas in half and insert popsicle stick lengthwise through center.

Roll in orange or lemon juice and place on waxed paper.

Place in freezer until frozen firm.

Melt chocolate chips and oil on top of double boiler.

Spoon chocolate over frozen bananas and then roll in nuts and
coconut. Work fast as the chocolate dries fast.
