Banana Orange Royale

* 1 orange, peeled, sectioned and seeded
* 1 banana
* 1 cup plain yogurt
* 3 Tbsp. Honey, or to taste

Process in blender until smooth.

Note: May substitute 1/2 cup strawberries for the orange.
