1 1/2 cups sugar
1/2 cup butter or margarine
1/2 cup cooking oil
3 eggs
3 cups all-purpose flour
2 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
2 tsp baking soda
3/4 tsp ground cloves
1/2 tsp salt
3 large bananas, mashed (1 1/2 cups)
1/2 cup milk
1 1/2 cups chopped pecans
1 1/2 cups raisins
powdered sugar (optional garnish)

Preheat oven to 325 degrees F. Grease and flour a 10-inch fluted tube
pan or Bundt pan.

In mixer bowl, cream together sugar, butter or margarine, and oil
till light and fluffy. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after
each addition.

Stir together flour, cinnamon, baking soda, cloves, and salt.

Combine banana and milk; add to creamed mixture alternately with
flour mixture, beating till smooth after each addition. Stir in
pecans and raisins. Turn batter into prepared pan.

Bake at 325 degrees F for 1 hour and 10 minutes or till cake tests
done. Cool in pan 10 minutes. Invert onto wire rack to cool.

Dust powdered sugar lightly over cooled cake, if desired.
