Hiring Ops/Logistics Analyst Role

Team, 

We are hiring three analyst roles.  Let me know if interested, pay is market rate, lots of room for growth, and some travel required.  We will help you get ramped up with some training and team support. 

Requirements: 

Good Excel skills - be comfortable working in it, we can teach the extras

Great communicator - talking via Teams/Zoom or onsite in a consultative or coaching tone

Team oriented - we are going to coach site managers and leadership teams to meet their profit objectives.

Ambitious  - performance driven, there is a ton of room for growth

Curious - we need to understand the why behind the performance, why they are hitting targets or missing.

Function: 

Review site performance, staffing, budgets, opportunities for improvement, etc. and coach the site leadership team to achieve their stated goals. High visibility with Sr. Leadership, team leader is a long time employee that is  building out this expanded function.
