"An unnamed inside source at the FCC disclosed today that, in response to the volume of complaints received since the elimination of a morse code proficiency requirement from amateur radio licenses, the FCC will soon issue an NPRM proposing that amateur radio license candidates demonstrate basic spoken English language skills by forming coherent sentences without the use of the words “definitely,” “awesome,” and “actually.” It is rumored that sentences starting with “so” will also be disallowed. The source further disclosed that the strongest argument against the new rule during internal discussion was that it would effective exclude people under the age of 40."
