Sorry folks, the file was too large to send as a Word doc. I had to
convert it to PDF. Unfortunately, this is no longer editable. But it
has more than Rev 1 had.

Awesome! Thanks Phil! :) Btw, there's a few (example Q 12) of what looks like formula empty space...is that an 'exercise' for the reader or did some stuff not translate to pdf?

Maybe "exercise" for you, but wasn't intentional. Are you viewing on PC or Mac? I noticed several weeks back that my iPad didn't handle formulae in PDF or Word docs.

Sorry Alan et al. I saved it using Word 2007 yesterday and that
doesn't seem to save formulas. Here is an update from Word 2010 which
does... (I hope nobody's wasted paper printing yesterday's...)

Cheers
Phil

Thanks for doing this Phil. I have missed a lot of class because of my job and this is a big help. I really appreciate it!

sorry the quality is poor (problems with scanner), but the only changes are on pages 3 and 4

i think bogey golfer will chose low demand contract over high demand contract even when consumer surplus is equal

eg 8a - bogey golfer would need to play all 80 rounds of golf in order to to achieve CS of zero, if he plays 79 rounds his CS would be slightly negative, and he would chose low demand contract, also he is a bogey golfer and he is unlikely to want to play 80 rounds of golf
