Members and residents, the BRMCA invites you to join us for a special presentation by Maura Walsh-Copeland, who has offered to provide us with an overview of the Loudoun County Zoning Ordinance Review process.  She will bring us up to date with the latest news and offer ways that we can best provide input to potentially influence the outcome of the review.

These zoning laws govern land use, so if the definition of a farm can be improved and controls put in place for high intensity uses, or use exclusions for the Mountainside Overlay added, the ability to commercialize the mountain will be limited.

The final public comment period ends in early July so this is the last chance to have our input considered before the zoning laws are finalized.
