“Reset Shenandoah" May Be New Neighbors

This week, I got a Google News Alert for Blue Ridge Mountain Road and wanted to make you aware of developments in the works just down the road.  The article, which was posted on Washington Business Journal is largely behind a paywall.  I managed to get the text which is converted to PDF and attached here for reference. 

The article doesn't say much but does talk about a new business being proposed by Kirby Covert, the Director Of Construction for Reset Shenandoah.  This would be treehouses and other glamping experience as a commercial business.  This property is adjacent to several of our neighbors. 

The article hints that the property just down 601 at 22504 Blue Ridge Mountain Road which has been for sale by Thomas and Talbot for months and recently underwent serious land prep may be the host site.   The property is still listed for sale.  

Reset Shenandoah has a website at: https://www.resetshenandoah.com but doesn't have anything on it yet.   I have looked for planning or zoning filings on the Loudoun website but haven't found anything posted yet.  

I was wondering if any of you have had conversations with those doing work or have any other info.
