Good morning! Karmady Yoga will be teaching a free class in North
Blvd. Town Square today & every Tuesday. Stop by anytime between
4:45-6p. Tonight a tv crew will be there along with downtown Smoothie
King who will be giving out free smoothies!
Modifications are given, so all fitness levels are welcome to
attend.
Mats, blocks & straps are provided.
