A black male attempted to break into a car at 356 St Charles, Dardenne Law Office across from Christina's, yesterday during the dog parade. My tenant is going to send me a description. All I have now is a tall black male, bald with a big nose. He was using a white pipe. Police were called. My tenant tried to get his picture but it failed. Police said we have an on going problem with this downtown.
