HTMT came to the Philippines three years ago after it decided to buy
into C-Cubed, Hinduja said.
The C-Cubed facility now employs 2,400 agents for 2,000 seats, the
executive said.
It will handle in-bound calls for mainly American clients, Hinduja
added.
HTMT is also involved in other businesses, including technology and
telecommunications, but the co-chairman stressed that the group's
business is now moving towards the fast-growing outsourcing industry.
President Gloria Macapagal-Arroyo will inaugurate the local facility
which is located at the HTMT Cyberpark in E. Rodriguez Jr Ave., Quezon
City on Saturday.
