I am looking for reccomendations for the most highly regarded online BPMN certificates....

Can anyone help?

There aren't many. The official certification is from the "owner" of the BPMN standard, OMG, and is called OCEB2: https://www.omg.org/oceb-2/

You can also get a certification from Bruce Silver's training: https://www.bpmessentials.com/bpmn-training/certification/
