Here is a link to an article about the latest innovation being implemented by BGSU Dining Services. They have incorporated other environmental sustainability practices in the Oaks Dining Hall where we eat lunch for BOSEF meetings at BGSU including a green roof and pre-consumer food waste composting. You may recall that they were involved in the post-consumer food waste composting pilot project that was led by some BGSU BOSEF students last year:
