I'm sorry I couldn't respond yesterday..

I had applied for your constitution team with my write-up below at that time, because I believed that there need to be drastic changes made in the fundamental "principles".

Now, I have a feeling that even that is not going to be possible. Especially after what we all saw at the Meet in Gwalior, which came a week after my application.

Any political system has to be based on an "idea", a philosophical / ethical system. Here, it now seems, more of high-sounding words, which don't seem to have either enough thought, or character behind them. Unless you have really experienced or understood how different systems work, how can you even start thinking of a constitution?

I fail to understand this..really.

[Note: All my observations are based on that ONE single meet]

So, I cannot say anything about "de-recognizing" anything created by you, but I am all for being with people who strive to have older minds, and younger hearts.

FYI, I did not resign from BM, the registered society, only because there are people like Amit Pandey....

P.S. : In any case, as you can see from my Crusade India emails, I have a very strong belief that you canNOT go ahead with a party/ person in the present system of governance - however strong-willed and of great character you may be.
Yes, even if you are a party that hasn't ever hurt a fly, you will become one that allows (or "sanctions"?) flies - read "filth" - to accumulate near all water bodies.

The Constitution Team which drafted the constitution and continues to
discuss and amend the constitution in the best interests of the Mission
needs a maximum of four more members to replace non-participative members

-> Inviting dozens of people and organizations to the mission's Third National Meet in Gwalior.

-> Regular meetings with influential people - who called upon me to discuss their own strategies for the Country, and looking for information on our Mission.

  

 

Your ideas on the purpose of the Constitution to the mission and means to improve it (Minimum 50 words, Max 100) :

 

First and foremost, a Constitution for our mission provides us with a basis for our thoughts, which ultimately lead to feelings, vibrations and what we attract in our lives for the sake of our Nation.

Secondly, it gives us a blueprint for the ideal character we are looking to have, and then develop the courage to implement that character.

On improvements to the Constitution:

Vision statement:
-> "....socially, economically, culturally.." I would add the necessity of a *spiritually* abundant nation as well. What is the use of a great GDP if we have lost our soul and only look for material abundance like in the West?

-> The word "Actualization" seems to be more appropriate than "Transformation".  We can only realize our whole potential, never "transform" it.

Ideals:
-> I would like to see the mention of the word "selflessness" being given serious thought. Ultimately, whatever we do for others and for our Nation, is to make ourselves truly happy, and gain deep inner satisfaction.

-> Self-love comes before Nation-love or Mother-love. There is tremendous virtue in Selfishness, and certain re-framing of sentences ("Society comes first") is imperative to ensure an all-encompassing philosophy of political ethics.

-> "...path of Truth.." and Integrity. Isn't the latter more important than honesty in a livable society?

-> Clarification for every member would be provided on "..the highest level of Values & Ethics". What is the criteria to know whether I'm adhering to "high" moral ground or not? I have suggestions to rationalize this usually intuitive judgment.

-> "...caste, race, gender, religion, culture, language or class." In my humble opinion, we need to add "Nationality" as well, since the country is the center of my love, not the boundary of my love..

-> Add: I shall always practice the DIAMOND RULE at work, home and community: Doing more than what we are paid for, or, in other words, GIVING MORE THAN WE RECEIVE in thought, word, and deed.
