Moderation on BM_discussion

Dear Brothers and Sisters,

We are imposing moderation on bm_discussion. It will be of very libaral
kind and mails related with all topics will be allowed to be posted.
Mails will be stopped if they will contain:

1. Personal attack.
2. Trivial issues.
3. one line mails.
4. Harsh language.
5. Anything against BM and Its Ideology.
