Call for nominations for Following Positions in Central Team

Coordinator BM Finance

Positions : 1

Responsibilities

1. Mange funds at central level.

2. gather information of chapter level fund management and guide chapters.

3. He will be responsible for asking for monthly reports of finance resources from every chapter.

4. He must find ways for fund raising at central and can ask chapters to contribute.

5. He will be member of BM management.

Selection Procedure :

1. He must get support of at least 4 chapters.

2. He must fill the attached/inlined form and submit it to moder...@gmail.com before July 15, 2006. Mails of recommendation (for rules see notes) must be received from chapter coordinators before July 15, 2006.

3. Admin Team will validate the applications.

4. BM management will have final say in the selection of some member as coordinator of BM Finance.

Position : 1

Responsibilities:

1. Coordination of chapters and their activities.

2. Implementation of Vision document created by Task Force.

3. Any Job Assigned by Admin Team Coordinator

Category 2 :

Position : 1

Responsibilities:

1. Coordination of Teams

2. Plan for National Convention

3. He will be head of information management team.

4. Any Job Assigned by Admin Team Coordinator

Selection Procedure :

1. He must get support of at least 3 chapters.

3. Admin Team will validate the applications.

4. BM management will have final say in the selection of some member as coordinator of BM Finance.

Rules of recommendation :

1. Chapter coordinator can not recommend himself.

2. One chapter can recommend only one admin team member.

3. Only those chapters which are participating in constitution drafting process or participated in national meet are allowed to recommend somebody for any responsibility.
