1. Appeal from Propagation Team


Hi friends,

We usually say that BM is a ground where every kind of people should
find an opportunity to serve the nation based on his interest using
the BM platform.

Are you not interested in ground work?

Are you not interested in framing policy?
you don't want neither enter into technical side nor deal with
finance.

R u interested in propagating BM.? if so read further and enjoy..

we want to gather people who are interested in propagating BM thru
various means. we want to make a broad action plan for the year for
propagation work.
we have a plan as per POA of CPT. it is half done not



We want to make the things so simple.

2. Information of planned meeting of Nasik chapter:


dear all,

the next meeting of the nashik chapter is scheduled for the coming 

Sunday. the details are as follows:



Date: 14th may'05

Venue: Mahatmanagar Ganapati mandir

time: 
5.30 pm



Agenda:

1. discussion on the constitution drafting process

2. selecting a representative from nashik chapter for constitution 

drafting

3. finalize the propagation and grassroot committees


4. check progress of career counselling and garden adoption programs

5. decide on a structure for Bm Nashik

6. prepare a plan of action for the months of may-june

7. decide on the meeting schedule


8. any ideas put up by the members for discussion



IMPORTANT:

1. THIS IS AN ALL-HANDS MEETING AND ALL THE MEMBERS ARE EXPECTED TO 

ATTEND THE MEETING AS IMPORTANT DECISIONS HAVE TO BE TAKEN. 


SO FAR NASHIK CHAPTER HAS BEEN ADMIRED AS A FAST GROWING CHAPTER, 

BUT UNFORTUNATELY WE HAVENT HAD A CHANCE TO CONTRIBUTE IN A MAJOR 

WAY. SO NOW, ITS IS TIME FOR ACTION. WE NEED TO CHANGE GEARS AND 


SPEED UP ON ALL FRONTS - PROPAGATION, GRASSROOT WORK, FINANCE AND 

WEBSITE IN ADDITION TO POLICY FORMULATION



2. SO THAT U CAN CONTRIBUTE IN A MUCH MEANINGFUL WAY, PLEASE DO 

BECOME A MEMBER OF MAIN YAHOO GROUP.

THERE WILL BE A SPECIAL SESSION FOR THEM FROM 5 TO 5.30 ON SUNDAY SO 

THAT THE EXISTING MEMBERS DO NOT HAVE TO KEEP ON HEARING ABOUT BM. 

BUT THOSE WHO WANT TO ATTEND SOONER CAN DEFINITELY DO SO, AS THERE

3. Meeting minutes of Vanaras chapter:



Dear friends,
         We all know that one of the major tasks taken up by the
volunteers of Bharat Uday Mission is to extend value based and
essential education to all our underprivileged youger brothers and

sisters. So recognising the full importance of this initiative,
VARANASI CHAPTER has decided to contribute in this field.
                   In order to find out like minded people, Chapter
Coordinator met the volunteers of "KASHI UTKARSH". This important

meeting was arranged by Primly jee.
Details:-
1) KASHI UTKARSH initiative was taken up some ITBHU students around 8
to 9 years back.
2) These volunteers are running two schools for underprivileged
children at Lahartara and at Suswahi respectively.

3) They are educating these children in the best possible manner
giving personal attention to each child.
4) Nine to ten of these younger kids have been selected for "NAVODAYA
VIDYALAYA".
5) Classes are held in the premises of government school. Even they

have appointed a teacher for these children, whose salary is managed
by the donations given by the ITBHU  students.
6) Some of the pass-outs of ITBHU who are now settled, have decided to
adopt some of these children. And many others are volunteering for this.


Conclusion:
1) We have decided to work together.
2) If all the volunteers of KASHI UTKARSH agreed then there can be a
merger of the two.
3) Varanasi chapter has ensured them of all possible help.
