I FORSEE  HUGE  EMLOYMENT  OPPORTUNITIES  IN  RTI.

an expert  RTI  volunteer  can  work  as  a  RTI  agent  in  the  same  fashion  AS  AN  INSURANCE  AGENT  FUNCTION.

it is  not  very  difficult  to  be  an  expert  RTI  volunteer.

ANYBODY  WHO  IS  EVEN  10TH  PASS  OR  EVEN   NOT  THAT   CAN  become  RTI  agent. he  shall  be  entrusted  with  the  task  of  UNDERSTANDING  THE  GRIEVANCE  OF  THE  APPLICANT   &  FRAMING

appropriate  questions   to  the  appropriate  authority.

I  DONT  THINK  THE  HARASSED  APPLICANT  WILL  MIND  PAYING  TEN 

rupees   for  the  services  of  the  RTI  agent. 

I THINK  THE  BLUEPRINT  CAN  BE  EFFECTIVELY  DRAFTED.

PLS  SUGGEST   HOW  THIS  CAN  BE  EFFVTVLY  PUT  TO  USE.

number of unemployed/under employed people. Lets get
