Braeden,
We’re just a few weeks away from the Working Families Party’s biggest night of the year. On Dec. 12, many of our standout activists, organizers, elected officials, movement leaders and supporters will come together in New York City to celebrate all that we’ve accomplished in the first year of our new National Director Maurice Mitchell’s leadership.
We’d love for you to join us for a night of food, friends, and fun as we celebrate this new beginning for the WFP and look forward to 2020. The event will be emcee’d by WFP Director of Strategy and Partnerships Nelini Stamp, and Maurice will share his reflections on the state of The Party.

We have a fantastic program lined up this year that reflects the multiracial, intersectional path we are forging for the party:
Kendra Brooks, who made history this month by becoming the first third-party candidate ever to win a Philadelphia City Council at-large seat
Tiffany Cabán, whose candidacy for Queens District Attorney helped expand the realm of the possible on criminal justice reform in America
Jessica Byrd, one of the top political strategists working to elect women of color across the country
Cristina Jimenez, co-founder of United We Dream, the largest immigrant youth-led organization in the United States
And that’s just the start. “WFP 2.0” is bringing together social movements, community organizations, and worker organizations to build a multiracial working class movement that can transform America.
Your support is critical to that work. We hope you’ll join us on December 12 to help make next year our biggest and most impactful year yet.
Join us in New York on Thursday, December 12 for our end of year party!!
