Dear all,

Could you try to drum up interest with your team mates. We need to
have names and ticket sales by the 29th as we need final numbers in
advance of the day.

The money raised will go directly towards the court improvements which
should be completed as soon as we can book the contractors. So please
please please make this a top priority and get everyone coming.
Teammates, friends, family. I think you will agree that the items in
the auction are excellent and well worth bidding for and the evening
will be a lot of fun for all.

The work to be done will be something like the following (exact
details are being defined as you read this):

• Floors sanded
• Lines reinstated
• Tins repaired
• Plaster repaired
• Walls com

Once this is done advertising will be sold to further improve the fund
raising.

As well as having lots to bid for on the evening itself, Richard
Kembery and his team are offering car wash slots throughout the
Auction day, from 9.30am - 6pm @ £5 per car. There is the potential to
raise £170, so book your slot now at Reception!

Thanks to all who helped and supported the Promises Auction
fundraising event. Around £5000 has been raised which will be put
towards the improvements of the squash courts in the near future.
I'll keep you all posted.
