Xmas is getting very close... when will all the outta towners be back for Xmas... ill take the bull by the horns and plan dinner

I dont nkow if yall wanna do an earlier dinner or later dinner... December 23rd, Earls dad opens for Bo and them at Southland.. we could do sullivans or somewhere downtown/glenwood south area and then walk over there.. i think Big Earl will be starting around 8

Well... Let's compromise here fellas... Let's say we do a low key dinner on the 23rd for those who can make it; somewhere on Glenwood.... Armadillo, Ale House, Mellow, etc...  

Then in Saturday let's try to do a nicer steak dinner so we can all make sure we see everyone we can in whichever order combo that may be!  Everyone's gotta eat so why not eat just a Normal dinner the 23rd then s nice dinner on Saturday!

23 it sounds like... I will call some steak houses and random places tomorrow and see what's up... I also suggest we all hit the town Saturday, whether it be dinner and out or pregame at skmeones place than out... My doors are always open for a pregame, I'm right downtown!

Got a private room at Sullivan's locked in for the 23rd around 6!  I will exercise other options as well, but wanted to atleast have something on the books even jf it's last resort!

Last email for now and then once I get more details nailed down we can decide on destination.  Just got s room booked at taverna agora also right downtown near southland (walkable). I am going to go over there Thursday and speak to Leanne who does their event planning and see what kind of menu options we have... They offer s family style set up where we can choose entrees sides and appetizers, so that could be a solid option depending on preferences and price... Will keep everyone posted

Ok guys, so here it is for real, final list: 

6:00 PM on the 23rd of December: 

~Bolt Bistro and Bar

   Private room upstairs just for us.  No rent charge 

   And no certain amount must to be spent to have

   the private room held for us!  Will check in with

   Event planner for any special menus.  Bolt has 

   Excellent consumer reviews and is a really cool and 

   Elegant atmosphere... Don't let this scare you away

   Bc we have the whole upstairs!  They also serve 

   Lobster Mac and cheese 😍😍😏👍🏻!!

   Private room downstairs reserved for just us.  For 

   Those that have never been, it's probably the best

   Greek place in town... Awesome everything, and 

   Has some more upscale dishes, but much more  

   Reasonably priced than Bolt or Sullivan's would be.  

   I know the owner here very well also, so 

   Could probably hook us up some wine and apps--

   Not Bragging, my dad just does his legal work and 

   they Are doing their firm party there on a different 

   night! This is the restaurant where the family style 

   entrees And sides could be an option, but also can 

   order Off menu.  Awesome and creative cocktails 

   too!

   We all know the deal here as this was our inaugural 

   Boys Xmas dinner!  I have a private room locked up 

   And everyone knows how the menu works here 

   And how they like their steak.  My personal opinion 

   Is that Sullivan's has gone down hill drastically 

   Since the days of old, but that's not to say we can't 

   Get a good steak and good wine!  We know this 

   Spot and what to expect and is always a solid 

   Option.

So, with this all said, everyone check out menus and read through my little summaries and see what they think... Email on the thread or shoot me a side text with thoughts and we will zero in on one of these restaurants.  I don't think we can go wrong with any of them, but my personal vote is taverna agora or bolt.  I have been to taverna agora multiple times and it's excellent and I hear nothing but good things about bolt!  Only other ideas I can think of are second empire, Babylon, or 42nd St.  If any of those entice anyone lemme know and I'll make a call!  Look forward to hearing input and looking even more forward to seeing everyone and having an excellent dinner and then onto jam out with big earl then the smelly glove!!
