I agree. They have messed up by using the wrong language and we need to take advantage of it before they wake up.

Heather, with regard to the language used in city bylaws, I am wondering if we could get some help from the law school on this. Obviously, the definitions the city give are too loose and we can hang them with them if we act before they do.
