Can you please tell if any immediate action can be done on below ?? and by when??

Needless to repeat it's for safety of residents and proper lighting and facilities need to be ensured by maintenance team.

Dear Rizwan,

Again this is another instance where you are not delivering your service for our tower issues.Please advise reason why this is still pending.

It's not good for you and us.Kindly take care of our tower issues in priority basis.No matter any issue is with any flat owner or for C4 common tower issues.

Expecting Quick resolutions for all issues of our tower C4 in future.
