No action on complaint

Dear Rizwan,

Hope you are doing well!

This is regarding one of the complaint which is still written in your complaints register of maintenance from one week and there is no one in your team who is tracking these complaints on regular basis.I have a doubt on your leadership.

In my parking number 130 of C4 506 flat number there is a water seepage from a long time from roof of my parking which is spoiling my Car's colour resulting in rust to body of my car.Seepage water is coming with cement or colour falling on my car body.

This is really a big question mark on your way of handling the complaints of flatiers.

I hope this complaint would be resolved at the earliest.

Hi Rizwan and Bala,

Are you both in Office? As this complaint is pending from longtime and it is a serious concern if you both are just sitting there and not resolving the problem than we have to see that what action we have to take against you both

Owners cars are damaging on daily basis but you are taking this very lightly.


Plz resolve this issue as soon as possible otherwise we have to take action against you both.

Bala why you are making false commitment still leakage is there.

Now I will park my car in any parking or will park anywhere in covered parking and you will be responsible for that.Today I am meeting Rajesh and Bharat to highlight this issue.

As you are the senior person in Maintenance,can you tell me what are your responsibility,If your customer is raising complaint again and again what should you do in that scenario.

He is not getting any response from your end.

Does we have to take serious action in that Matter.

Resolve this ASAP.
