Sub:Objection on unauthorised construction .

We as the residents of C4 Tower has observed unauthorised construction at open area available at & around minus -1 , opposite & nearby to entry gate of tower C4 and on inquiry came to know this is related to construct cover car parkings by putting angles & roof in the open area.

At this open area resident's kids are playing and we celebrate small get together or family functions . Moreover, it is also being used as thorough fare for movement of vehicles & pedestrian. 

Since this area is quite narrow and such construction will create inconvenience to the residence of the C4 Tower & chances of accidents leading to potential life risks is also there.

 Now this unauthorised construction is reportedly kept on hold but construction materials are still lying there.

You are suggested to kindly remove all construction materials and make sure it should not be repeated at future.

Also suggested to make the paint marking for open car parking to the C4 Tower residence only .

The same has been communicated in-person to the maintenance office by residents of the tower .
