Dear Maintenance Team/Security Team

This is to inform you that due to pandemic few vegetable /fruit vendors were allowed to open their stalls during lockdown for residents help beside the Gate No-1 near the visitor parking and bus stand but now it has been widely observed that particular area has been totally encroached by the help of Security people at Gate No -1 ,I have raised the matter with Security supervisor at Gate No-1 Mr Ritesh but it was worthless discussing with him. Due go this encroachment lot if dirt, sand pollution and parking problem has taken place due to which few vehicles are parked on the road of the entry gate which is not at all safe for us, also earlier regular cleaning of this encroached area used to take place but that too has been stopped .

Kindly take the necessary action against these vendors and also the person involved in helping them. Also remove all these vendors on immediate basis as number is going to increase in future if action is not taken now. 

Hope you will understand the situation and take initiative to stop illegal encroachment and also I would request my respected residents to raise these issues till it not get resolved..

Dear Mr Rajesh

Your timely response on the same will be highly appreciated as your maintenance and security team dont have time even to respond to my mail on such serious issues.Kindly advise Mr Vedpal Sharma to take corrective action against these illegal encroachments which has taken place by the vegetable and fruit vendors  near bus stand and visitor parking near gate no 1 under the Indian law.Waiting for your immediate action on the same.
