Dear Residents,
Today, on 17th of April, 2022, a meeting was held with the participation of approx 80 residents to discuss the issue of postponement of the election and the action to be taken to ensure that, the elected AOA of Bharat City is formed soon by addressing the concerns of the registrar. It was also to understand the legal side of the matter and to address the same so that all loopholes are filled in the future.
Both The contestant & other participants of the meeting got an opportunity to put forward their views on the matter. The main highlights of the discussion are as follows.
1. The name of the resident who approached the court on behalf of the builder should be made public.
2. Stopping personal attacks on residents and keep builders as a target to fight with unity.
3. RTI, social media & other mediums can be used to put pressure on the registrar to initiate the election again.
4. Form a group of residents to coordinate for future action to be taken on behalf of residents.
5. Hiring a professional legal team to address the concern and preferably from outside Bharat City having no connection with the builder.
6. Checking the legality of the current AOA and call for a GBM if required to disown the current AOA and if required visiting the current member’s home on regular basis to put social pressure on them to fulfill their commitment to hold the election and extend cooperation for the same.
7. Finding the root cause of holding the election and address them accordingly within a defined timeframe
8. Dissolve all the election groups now and work as a team of resident
9. Making a proper rule of the membership right for casting vote
10. A core committee should be made of all 42 contestants.
11. Focus should be more on increasing the number of membership
12. Maintaining transparency in action & communication with the resident
13. The core members to be formed should commit to not to use the banquet hall & resign from Mandir Samiti.
14. Everyone should read the bye laws once to understand the provisions & legalities
15. The lawyers available in Bharat City should come forward for input & suggestions on the way forward
16. The proposed body should be consist of 2 residents from each tower
17. The process should be defined how to work along with the action points
18. Let’s have only two teams inside Bharat City. One will be of the resident & second one will be of the builder.
19. Let’s make the owner default member of AOA so that no objection can be raised in the future on any other ground.
20. Locking sales office if required
21. Choosing an honest person for collecting money and managing expenses

After the general discussion was over consensus was built on forming a resident body consisting of the entire 42 contestants to take care of the issues related to the election and carry out activities related to the same. The name was asked to volunteer for the body and the following contestants agreed to be part of the same.

It was also decided that any member associated with the current AOA or any other committee will not be part of this group. He/She can be part of it only after putting resignation from their respective positions. He/She also will not maintain any kind of direct or indirect relationship with the builder in the future.
A core committee in the name of “Election Follow Up Members” was also formed to visit different places and meet officials and coordinate the regular activities. The following members volunteered for the same.

In order to fulfill the requirement of funds to meet up the upcoming expenses, initially, each contestant will contribute 1000/- to start with. Residents to be approached later on as per requirements of funds and upcoming expenses. A fund lookout team was also formed to manage the collection & expenses. The following members will be responsible for the same.

3. आरटीआई, सोशल मीडिया और अन्य माध्यमों का इस्तेमाल रजिस्ट्रार पर फिर से चुनाव शुरू करने के लिए दबाव बनाने के लिए किया जा सकता है।
4. निवासी की ओर से की जाने वाली भविष्य की कार्रवाई के लिए समन्वय करने के लिए निवासी का एक समूह बनाना।
5. चिंता का समाधान करने के लिए एक पेशेवर कानूनी टीम को किराए पर लेना और अधिमानतः भारत शहर के बाहर से, जिसका बिल्डर से कोई संबंध नहीं है।

18. भारत सिटी के अंदर केवल दो टीमें हों। एक रेजिडेंट का होगा और दूसरा बिल्डर का।
19. आइए मालिकों को डिफ़ॉल्ट रूप से एओए का सदस्य बनाते हैं ताकि भविष्य में किसी अन्य आधार पर कोई आपत्ति नहीं उठाई जा सके।

यह भी तय किया गया कि मौजूदा एओए या किसी अन्य समिति से जुड़ा कोई भी सदस्य इस समूह का हिस्सा नहीं होगा। वह अपने-अपने पदों से त्यागपत्र देने के बाद ही इसका हिस्सा हो सकता है। वह भविष्य में बिल्डर के साथ किसी भी प्रकार का प्रत्यक्ष या अप्रत्यक्ष संबंध भी नहीं बनाए रखेगा।
विभिन्न स्थानों का दौरा करने और अधिकारियों से मिलने और नियमित गतिविधियों के समन्वय के लिए "चुनाव अनुवर्ती सदस्यों" के नाम पर एक कोर कमेटी भी बनाई गई थी। निम्नलिखित सदस्यों ने इसके लिए स्वेच्छा से भाग लिया।
