Here it is, the famous egg nog. Remember that fresh ingredients, using
these brands, and not substituting artificial sweeteners or dairy is
what makes this so spectacular!
Beat 10 eggs with 2 cups sugar in a BIG vessel.
Add 12 oz Martell Cognac
20 oz Jim Beam Rye
14 oz Myers Dark Rum
8 oz Virginia Gentleman Bourbon
3 pints light cream
3 pints heavy cream
32 oz milk
1/2 grated fresh nutmeg
Mix it all together with a whip and ignore for at least a month. Mix
well before serving.
