Since  i get  hundred of Emails every day I could not respond to Chief Editor of Nadia Times , As a matter of  fact i always write in eachmail  my contact mobile ...Mr  Siddiqui  called to me  on cell & had talked  nicely  reqesting to me that since i am  one of Urdu Mushaira organizer in Kingdom since last Twenty years  ..He told to me that he is reqesting to me being a  senior Aligarian  &  describing a long list of  his position as Chief Engineer  & international Commentator  besides a dozens of his coveted positions & Honours ,, All you can see in  attached  last  e mail addressed to all   newspapers of India ,, As a matter of  senior i lsten all his  bragging & selfpraise patiently ,, When i have written another write up  supporting   Teachers & AMU Students   Dharna  in  campus ,,,, He has written to me attached  letter expressing  anguish & displeasure on my write up .... In response to this i forwarded  that  E, Mail to our  most respected  Aligarians &  Well WIsher of Alma-Mater  Janab  Jawed Iqbal Badayuni who responded  very vehemintly  to Nadia Times Chief Editor who incidentally belong  to Badayun & known to him ,,, Dozens of Aligarians Criticized the  Selfish & opportunistic approach of  Nadia Times Chief Editor ... I  suggested to him  that  his Urdu News  daily is local or being circulated other cities & town ,,,, Probably this has angered him & he felt that  being junior i should not have raised any doubt .   This is  background that   Nadia Times , Chief Editor  developed a personal grudge/ vendetta against to me ..Allah knows  that in a very healthy spirit & freedom of expression i expressed  my  personal opinion that  Baba Ramdeo &  BJP/ RSS  seems to be an internal pact & political nexus ,, Which had proved correct that none other than Sushma Swaraj  & Uma Bharti  (  who was forefront in demolition of Babri Mosque having close door session in his  Patanjali Ashram, Haridwar...Today Baba Ramdeo has proudly stated that he is in process of  recruiting Eleven  Thousands Ladies  & Gents Militia of Hindus to defeat & fight to Government ..Personally he will train to fight whenever situation like Ramlila Ground will occur ,,, Even he was so hysterical that he  said that now he will   ,,,, Will  any nationalist  & peace loving citizen of country will promote  hatred & nonviolence .   Answer lies in  esteemed readers of  your forum ,, This is worthwhile to mention here that  iam an humble  person &  no  affiliation either from congres or any other political party ,,, In fact i was in forefront  to fight for restoration of Minority Charaacter & went to jail  several times ..  Here  i dont want  to describe my works related to  Educational  Upliftment  of  weaker sections without any  barrier of region or religious background ,.. Nadia Times Chief Editor in  his attached Email called to me a  separatist  due to comparison of Ramdeo & Uma bharti as agents of BJP & RSS ,,, Today none other than  Home Minister revealed that Ramdeo had a  pact  with  RSS & VHP..  to fulfill his  corruption issue  amongst  masses  ,, Now we  ask Ramdeo that once innocent Muslim Genocide happened in Gujarat  & several  other places & Every Bearded Muslim as targetted  as  LET OR JAMAT AD DAWA OR BY ANY NAME where his nationalism hibrnates ,,, There are hundred of question  may  be asked  from these stage Actors ,,,,, All these  facts are  now  evident from last  few days seqence of Events ,,, 
  May now i reqest to  you kindly respond to  wild allegations made by Mr Siddiqui, Calling  tome  A  Communal & Racist  on above  stated facts ... If  you think that Nadia Times  Chief  Editor  has  crossed his limits of  most  uncivilized language  without any evidence ,,, Strongly condem  his  statement   calling to me & others  as Jinnah  & several other  derogatory remarks ,,  Freedom of  speech  should not be on personal whims/ vendetta,,, Trust to me  we got  immensely hurt  with  the    saddistic comments from  Mr Siddiqui  .

If my memory is not weak, I in the beginning start of AMU / PK crisis, suggested my brothers, make him (PK) Ali Yavar Jung. But for that you need the paractical, not as we are now only talk and eat, brothers who let PK himself resign and clean away the beautifull garden from his shits.

U have very rightly written here but it is our badluck that nothing has been done against the VC of AMU so far.It is very shocking that when some limited genius like u say anything to remove him than many other selfish,greedy and corrupt people favour him.Dharnas have been organised to remove him but many welwishers of PKAAzis have gone to say very good words about him to the Centre powerful leaders who say that he is a nice,sincere and honest VC.
So,no dharnas,any agitations and oppositions can remove him from the Baadshahat of AMU V Cships,this is my challange because many of us are favouring him.
We are all very week,uncincere and not honest enough,in removing him atleast from our heart and mind.
First of all, we all must come on a  single plateform than and only than anything good could be possible.otherwise it is just wastage of ur and our costly time?
Anyway,some people r trying to remove him which is impossible because Centre likes such type of VCs.
He is sincere to Centre.
I have met him several times and taken his various interviews in which he has many times told me that many staff members are not good and want to take favours from him which he did not do so.
I m sure,there r many bad elements in AMU also who want some wrong favours from him.So,only he is not responsible but many of us are equally responsible.
No doubts,sometimes,he takes such decisions which many of AMU teachers and students do not like him, at all.
Anyway,best of luck 2 u all.
I m with u all to do so provided he is proved guilty only?

Big Banners at the "Dharna" site, Staff Club; AMU Teacher's Association (AMUTA) on indefinite relay hunger strike; read loud and clear as follows:

1.      "�.. Demands Immediate Resignation / Removal of VC"�

2.      "Congress/Kapil Sibal - Stop Shielding the Corrupt VC"  

3.      “Central Govt "Please Do't Try to Play With the Sentiments of AMU Community"



But Hon'ble Prof. Azis assures, insists and even swears that he has done no wrong, committed no mistakes, violated no rules, betrayed nobody, told no lies and served the Institution to the best of his ability and sincerity. In short and precise, he denied publicly each and every allegation against him at one point of time or the other as if, he had lived up to the golden rules which even saints have difficulties to adhere to.  

The campus, however, refuses to listen, leave alone believing, the father figure, the most Hon’le VC.  



The list of allegations against the ‘innocent’ Azis Saheb is long and diversified. Briefly from the memo submitted by AMUTA a few of these are as under:

1. Swindling of money:

Swindling of money from what ever source available and possible;

1. Unauthorised expenditures:

      Incurred unauthorized (without sanction of the competent E.C. and F.C.) exorbitant and avoidable expenses on construction (in crores) (renovating VC lodge, damages not claimed from L.I.C. against the insurance of Rs. one crore); High-tech security set-up for the campus in (crores) (opposed), fencing of boundary and steel grilling inside the campus, having no use (in crores); Establishment of illegal and anti University AMU Centres (Crores) (oppesed) and what not. University coffins are emptied. This is abundant and reckless misuse of power, as if the VC is not answerable to anybody.

1. Anti–University Policies:
   1. Creation of test Centres all over the Country for conducting Entrance Exams against Ordinances. Experience confirms, as feared, that Muslims are not benefited (Impersonation and copying at the outside Entrance Tests Centres is alleged);

1. Conducting Entrance Tests for admissions to post graduate courses, Not advisable and without support of law;

1. Establishment of the so-called ‘AMU Centres’ at Murshidabad and Malappuram, in the guise of benefiting Muslims for Congress electoral gains, is totally illegal, misconceived and is aimed at ruining the Minority & Residential Character, yet the Centres have started functioning (admissions made) without amendment of the proposed Statutes of the University by the two Houses of Parliament (establishes connivance of the Govt) and worst ever compounded illegalities and manipulations (Two PIL against the Centres are pending before the Allahabad High Court and contempt proceedings against VC and Registrar).

1. Reduction in attendance requirement from 75% to 30%, totally unauthorized and illegal, to appease the student leaders – degrees devalued and job market adversely affected;

1. Provision of supplementary exam in BDS (dental) under pressure of student leaders introduced by VC without powers, thereby threatening de-recognition of degree by MCI;

1. Held meeting over meetings of the Executive Council, the highest executive authority of the University, without quorum and took very vital decisions like amendments of Statutes for establishment of ‘AMU Centres’. Govt. refused to intervene; shattered faith in Govt.

1. Held meetings of the Univ. Court, the supreme governing body, despite an "Stay Order’ from Allahabad High Court and passed the amendments of the Statues illegally (VC and Registrar are facing contempt proceedings as a result);

1. Prof. Azis has been found guilty of corrupt practices and financial irregularities as per inquiry conducted by the Cochin University, Kerala in 2008; CAG Annual Report, 2009 exposed the same for AMU and Visitor’s inquiry 2011, established financial irregularities to benefit his person and family (Mr. Sibal is suppressing this report. The report be made public for scrutiny. Unilateral decision by Mr. Sibal smacks foul play and amounts to shielding the culprit yet again);

1. Prof. Azis has repeatedly defied the decisions of E.C. and refused to implement them (several inquiries instituted by E.C. were not conducted).

1. Brought about three sine die closures without justification and jurisdiction.

1. Avoiding setting up of inquiry in the circumstances led to the closure in spite of his own announcements;

1. Victimizing students in order to create terror to silence dissent on the campus;

1. All that prevails today is falsehood - manipulations, greed, vicious false, un-ending propaganda, mistrust, fear, insecurity and absence of rule of law and ‘loot’.

      This should be more than sufficient to establish that Hon’ble VC is deep in trouble.  Grievances with Congress and Mr. Sibal:  

AMUTA, in its memo submitted to the Visitor, P.M. and Mrs. Sonia, pointed that it was incumbent on the Ministry of HRD to ensure proper functioning of the University (whether there is protest from any quarter highlighting the malaise or not) but the MHRD has failed to act despite protests and warnings from various quarters.  

AMUTA believes that it was well thought out policy of the UPA Govt. for which the VC is being used as a tool; the establishment of the so-called ‘AMU Centres’ was high on the Congress agenda for electoral gains. Therefore, they extended all support to the VC and this resulted in the present crisis rather a nightmare.  



The apparent reluctance on the part of UPA to proceed against Prof. Azis makes a mockery of the pronouncement of the PM made every now and then to fight and eradicate corruption. Forget the fait awaits the UPA in UP elections. In the given circumstances the teachers have an uphill task before them, but they are determined as also confident a lot to succeed in their endeavour ultimately.  



Gandhiji once said ‘Zalim Ka Jab Daur Hota Hai To Aisa Lagta Hai Sub Kuchh Nasht Ho Jaiga Magar Tareekh Gawah  Hai Ke Woh Khud Nasht Hua Our Uska Nam Lenewala Koi Na Raha’  

C.B.I. probe, as understood, shall shut all doors on Azis Saheb. It is better for him to quit gracefully and seek pardon and mercy before it becomes too late.



Syed Shahabuddin, former M.P. and President, All India Muslim Majlis-e-Mushawarat, too in a letter to Prof. Azis, pointed out the wrongs done to AMU by him and asked him to quit now.

For your information my Chain Of  Educational/ Institution  in  India namely Baal Bharti Chain Of Schools ,  Patron of dozens of Charitable & socio-Cultural organizations ,  Bazm-e-qalam Mr Aijaz Shaheen Saheb & other forums  very humbly reqested to  Censor Irrelevant  baseless allrgations calling me anti-Hindu & Jinnah  needs to be Condemned  in strongest  term  ... Based on above stated Documentary evidence , you should  be judicious  & express your  opinion after analyzing the highly objectionable language & accusations  in pretext of Uma Bharti, & Ramdeo ,, Still  We stand by my statement calling them agent ,, I dont need certificate  from Nadia times Editor whether i am  Anti- National & another Jinnah should be decided by Esteemed Friends ,, Please  raise your morale & express your opinion even in one word  yes Or no ,,, Furthermore this gentleman alleges that all those who live in Middle East/ KSA are  slaves ,,,,, Please see his  remarks that  he  comparing salaat with   yoga ( nawoozbillah )...

I had nver compares Yoga with salat.I said that Namaaz is the best exercise in one of the yoga postures which  helps many patients suffereing from many bobe and vasculat sickness which my teacher of Yoga Sharma ji had told me.I was also benefitted witn many yoga exercises and regular five times Namaaz.

I m Muslim and attain five times Namaaz daily,Alhumdolillah.I had also written that Ramdev was doing a All India level TT and Tennis Player which he could not digest and became jelous of eceptionally great achievements asas an Alig specially.

Im thankfull to Allah for whatever I have achieved with my hard work and honesty so far..He did not like my reactions and abused me and said to me"BEHAAN CHHOD" and further threatened me at Delhi visit.

He disturbed me a lot by calling me again and again which shoes that he has become mentally upset with my reactiuons and begging before this forum to condemn me.

Is it fair that he abused his senior and threatned me?

I m also free to express my feelings and if some one has any objections than he can also write accordingly but what is the use of abusing a Muslim?

He has just become upset and using my name as a chief editor of Nadia Times whereas Nadia times has nothing to do with him.He can ask me anything but why is using the name of my esteemed daily?

I had not written anything here after his useless bakwaas abusing me here but when he is writing here than I m excited to reply him honestlt.

Mind it that I m pure Sunnis Muslim and an honest person and I had not writtena anything as agruge with him as I had also appreciated him on his first write-up and would always appreciate and congratulate him on his honest and open writings,Inshah llah.

If he is hurt with my any words than I appologise with him and ask everyone here to also appologise me for any indecent words used against him.Im am an Alig and he his my junior so I will always take care of it in future.

Pl forget and forgive me if U r pained with any of my indecent words here.

I hope u will and all of u will excuse me for any improper words used by me here.

I will take care of it in future also but do not make thisforum as War field of words because it is a very decent and esteemed forum and we should write interesting anf lovely stories than burning ones.
