Mission Graduates is hiring a full-time Volunteer Manager. The Volunteer Manager will support the External Relations and Philanthropy (ERP) department in expanding our community of group and individual volunteers and of supporters through individual, corporate, and university recruitment, retention, and recognition. Both directly and indirectly, the Volunteer Manager will play an integral role in expanding the overall number of donors to Mission Graduates, helping to strategically steward those donors, ultimately helping us reach philanthropic goals. Additionally, the Volunteer Manager is one of the key liaisons between the ERP department and program staff.
