It's simple as LEGOs.  The easiest is to go to the Home page and scroll all the way to the bottom where you see the section FILES.   On the right side of it you'll see a button
[+ upload file]  Click on it and it'll open to another page.  On the top of the section you'll see a [Browse] button.  Click on that and look for the file you want to upload.  Once you find the file, click ok and the file will upload.  That should be it. 

I haven't tested out how to remove files yet but I'll try it later and post if people need that info unless anyone else has done it already.
