Our partner in Brunei Darussalam has urgent demand to be filled for BSP Project:

 

Well Engineer - Equipment & QA/QC

·         Provision of reliability analysis of well engineering tools and equipment failures and make recommendations for improvements to the Well Delivery team leaders and contract holders.

·         Development of inspection programme of well engineering tools and equipment.

·         Maintains Wells Discipline learning related to QAQC and equipment failures.

·         Reduction of NPT & QAQC related non-productive times in Well Engineering & Well Services.

·         B.Sc or B.Eng in Mechanical / Inductrial Engineering or equivalent. Have a minimum of 5 years hands-on experience in quality assurance in the oil and gas industry’s QA/QC and preferably in Well Engineering

 

Quality Assurance Engineer

·         Ensure the inclusion of quality requirements in tenders/contracts/requisitions and evaluate tenders and requisitions against quality requirements.

·         Review and approve contractor’s QA/QC plans and procedures

·         To develop internal QA System documentation for project

·         Approve CV’s of contractor’s quality and inspection personnel

·         Monitor welder tests, witness all procedure qualification tests and approve contractor’s welders

·         Ensure that the construction contractor adhere to the QC plan and comply to BLNG/BSP/DEP specifications. Resolve all technical queries related to inspection and quality

·         Review all non-conformances raised by contractor, raise non-conformances against contractors when necessary and ensure corrective actions are taken

·         Conduct audits on construction contractors, subcontractors or vendors for adherence to contract requirements, quality requirements and procedures

·         To assist in the training of local staffs in QA activities

·         To assist in the preparation of Project close out report.

·         B.Sc or B.Eng preferably in mechanical/civil engineering. Have minimum 10 years experience in the oil and gas industry in QA/QC, inspection and auditing. Experience should include involvement in the fabrication and installation of oil & gas facilities and working with project engineers and contractors. Should have worked as independent in-charge of QA / QC activities for a project.

 

Coating and Insulation Engineer

·         Executing quality assurance in Coating and Insulation design and application,

·         Delivering Coating and Insulation design and application to agreed budgets and timelines,

·         Supervision and administration of Coating and Insulation design and application,

·         Adherence to HSEQ standards.

·         B.Sc or B.Eng or equivalent relevant experience. ICorr Insulation inspector level II or equivalent (eg NACE qualifications). ICorr Coating inspection level II or equivalent (eg NACE qualifications). Have minimum 10 years in oil and gas industry in Coating and Insulation inspection and management.
