Final Submission and Registration Deadline

Dear BAI2006 authors,
The author registration fee is due in March 31, 2006. You need to pay it
by March 31, 2006 if you have not done it. The 2006 International
Conference on Business and information registration fee is US$250 per
person if registration before March 31, 2006 and US$300 after March 31,
2006. All attending conference participants must pay the registration
fee and at least one author must attend and pay the registration fee. No
individual author may submit more than two papers; however, there is no
limit to submission of co-authored papers. The conference fee must be
received by March 31, 2006 to assure conference participation. 50% of
the Registration Fee will be refunded until April 30, 2006. No refund
after that date. The conference registration fee covers all conference
sessions, two luncheons, four coffee breaks, and a copy of conference
proceedings in CD-ROM. Besides, one year four issues) complimentary hard
copy of our Journal Contemporary Management Research will also be
included.
Please also be reminded that deadline for final submission (full papers
or abstracts, authors could choice to publish their full papers or one
page abstracts in the conference proceedings) is March 31, 2006. If
authors do not submit their final version manuscripts, the first
submission manuscripts will be used for the conference proceedings. That
is, March 31, 2006 is the last date to update or revise the manuscript.
After that, conference proceeding will be finalized.

I do not understand a couple of points on conference registration and
assurance of attendance. At one point, it says we have to pay $300
after 31 March 2006. At the same, it says, if we do not pay by 31st
March, the paper won't be in the proceedings. Please verify this
point.
Also, this is too early deadline for a conference to have registration
fee by 31 March when the conference is in July.
