Conference Venue:
Shenzhen is a southern China city next to the boundary of Hong Kong.
It
is only about 25km away from the core urban area of Hong Kong. Since
the late 1970, Shenzhen is a centre of foreign investment and one of
the fastest growing cities in the world. It is also the busiest port
in
China after Shanghai.

Registration
Registration will begin on January 1, 2008.
For early registration before January 31, 2008,
the registration fee is US$400 per person/paper;
and US$450 after January 31, 2008.
The registration fee includes conference attendance,
two lunches and coffee breaks for the duration,
and CD of the conference proceedings.
